Biden was "Sundowning" during the debate.

White House Aides have quietly confirmed Biden is only active as President during the hours of 10am-4pm. If he does anything outside of those hours he seems confused and disoriented like what was seen during the debate. This a common dementia symptom known as "Sundowning".

I am not a Biden basher, but I honestly don't think many people in the world think Biden is making any policy or decisions anymore. It seems clear the way Jill told him (like she was talking to a 5 year old) after the debate debacle how well he did and he got every question "right"..

Jill Biden and Barak Obama have almost certainly been making all the decisions since Biden was "elected" president.

It's been obvious since at least 2020, to people paying attention. But to the NPR crowd, it's probably a big surprise.
