Because that's a character. Written by someone else, wearing clothes chosen by another.
The actor is not the character.
And that's why they don't allow people to rate actors, because it'll never be fair. Besides, it encourages trolls.
To a degree...she does choose her clothing...she will only wear dresses/skirts...
