If it wasn't cool enough that Carlos is back on 24, here are some great pictures of him from Comic Con. That's one panel I would have loved to see!

Wow! I can't believe that he's almost 46. He looks 10 years younger. He looks great, though I'm not a fan of the close-cropped hair.
