I finally saw last week's Burn Notice last night, and in the preview for next week, there was a guy (baddie) who looked a lot like Carlos Bernard. Anyone know if he will indeed be in BN next week?

shareIt turned out to be a real good episode. Carlos' character had a Latin American accent. I wasn't sure in which role his uses his real accent, Tony Almeida or the Burn Notice baddie. But considering he was born in Illinois, I suspect it's the former.
