I would have put money betting he is William Mapother.
I thought he got a bit fatter and got a fake moustache to look different from his cousin Tom Cruise.

I realized it was somebody else only because this guy can act.
But I still had to check the credits to make sure it was not Mapother.

There is a similarity. They have a big nose that points down and have a prominent jaw.
