Looks like a bunch of people but mostly young Burt Reynolds apparently. :D A mix of Jeremy Renner and Nathan Fillion? Okay, now that seems accurate to me!

Bottom line: he has a cool look. And voice. The typical fascist reich wing trolls btw be damned.
