I will always be grateful that the 4th Doctor has been part of my life!

And I suppose he's been the best of q4. The Tenth Doctor comes very close to tying for first place... but Tennant had SO much more to work with.

Always and forever my favorite, even though I haven't watched all of the doctors which I could compare him to.
