In the middle of a rewatch and I think it might be this gem from Genesis of the Daleks:
(walking up to a couple enemy soldiers and saying in a very friendly voice)
"Excuse me, can you help me? I'm a spy."
I know a guy who knows him.
He used to come to the set drunk, or high, and make up lines as he went.
I think that's one reason why he was so awesome. He was into the role and was able to just do his thing without thinking about it.
