It's good to know that Armstrong's wife Carol would have nothing to do with the lawsuit, saying Neil wouldn't have wanted any legal action taken.

The case was settled in 2014, just before the 45th anniversary of the moon landing..but it's really weird that someone sent the NY Times the 93 documents about the case(who knows when), which the NY Times published a day before the 50th anniversary.

Everybody's a scumbag in the case except Carol and possibly the nurses/doctors who worked on Neil Armstrong. He was 82 years old with heart disease, they did the best they could. Any mistakes were not egregious. The hospital only settled because of, yep you guessed it, Neil's greedy sons/scumbag media attention.
