I can't stand Kristen as Bella in the movies. The character of Bella = Liz Parker....like they are the exact same character. In fact the whole story love story is exactly the same, except alien, not vampire. But I can totally picture Shiri playing Bella to perfection unlike Kristen who is just so not likeable.

This could be a bit difficult for you to grasp, but a 30 year old can BOTH look too young to play a teen's mother and too old to play a teen. Not that I agree about Shiri looking too young for her character on LUX. I think she's aged plenty, and would thus look ridiculous playing a teen. Bella is something she could've pulled off 8-10 years ago.
