I haven't watched Days in more than 20 years, and my first thought was "Victor!"

RIP John, as a child I recall him on Search For Tomorrow. I loved Victor's sassy one liners! I bet the producers will have a great tribute to him if they chose to kill off the character, they might recast him, but it will anger viewers.
