He doesn't fit the profile for Bond. Bond is a slender well built sophisticated Englishman. Scott Adkins is built like a brick *beep* with badass MAA skills. he is just a brute force fighter, definitely not bond material.

I don't think he has the 'posh' aspect of the character down. Given his recent performances, there's no shortage of existing characters he can play though.

There is no such thing as too much muscle. People complain that Daniel Craig is too muscular but he's doing just fine.
If he's not a candidate for Bond, it won't be due to the muscles, infact that would be a welcome addition, it would be due to the lack of poshness which is also important to Bond along with action skills.
