Iron Fist
The "Marvel making an Iron Fist movie" rumor has been floating around for awhile. If it happened in the near future, I think that Scott Adkins would be an excellent choice to play Danny Rand. He's got the acting chops as well as the martial arts moves to make it work.
Later, if paired with a good choice for Luke Cage, a Heroes for Hire movie would be an excellent sequel.
