This poster is not from the United States. He is a troll who goes on various MC forums pretending to be an American, about hotbed topics that he researches online. He pretends to be the opponent or ally of a poster he is arguing with, depending on what his mood is that day. He can be the progressive, the Alt Right, the feminist who loves women or the Incel who hates them.

Some MC posters suspect that he's a sock. He might be a sock, but I have a suspicion that because MC has non-moderation, he's using the site as some kind of training ground to either manipulate people in his own life for his own benefit, or as part of some larger disinfo program.
