She hasn't had any work done, just look at the photos of her from the AD S4 Premiere 2013(?)(post filming); she looks just as good as ever, if not slightly aged.

They've clearly added makeup and and a fake nose to her character, she also had to wear a wig until they wrote in her shorter hair. As we know Lindsey had a previous history with plastic surgery, it wouldn't be too unbelievable to think that the shallow, selfish Lindsay Bluth would have had more done within the 5 years between the events of seasons 3 and 4...I think it's a great joke now that I've realised but...

It's sad that people think that this is something she has done to herself IRL because they only know her from what they've seen in AD S4
