Just googled Harveys advertised net worth - 25m. The exact same amount as the settlement. Which is strange as pretty sure his net worth was like 100m

I think you missed the bit about the settlement where none of the money would come from Harvey or the production company, it would all be paid by the insurers. So if the settlement were to happen it wouldn't impact Harvey's bank account at all.
