Oliver Stone refuses to condemn Harvey Weinstein
share
I am willing to believe that Weinstein never sexually harrassed Oliver Stone.
shareWell sorry to burst your bubbles guys... But Mr. Stone partially have a point.
shareOh he knew.......everyone knew, they put up with his bs because they needed him. Weinstein has been losing money recently, so they all threw him under the bus.

Does Oliver Stone normally come out condemn people?
But he technically does have a point, how many of these stories are facts and how many are people taking advantage? How many are actual victims and how many were fine with his behavior up to this point? I am inclined to believe some of the stories are true, but that does not make them true. This is, after all, is why false accusations are so dangerous dealing with sexual behavior, because the accused is almost always seen as guilty even if they aren't. While he may roll the dice on inappropriate behavior in the work place, but what if none of the actual assault stories were true, does that change everything? Was Asia raped or did she go along with it and didn't like it later. She can not like him but she was not raped if this is the case. Again I don't know nor do any of us.
Stone didn't just not outright defend him, he didn't at all. He said let it go to trial. There is nothing wrong with that response.
