He has not been charged with anything. He's skipped off in a private jet to a rehab in Arizona....though he really needs to be in Rapist Rehab, not Sex Rehab.
Says he is "devastated".

Tho...he's already been through the law system by settling legal complaints with about 10 (?) actresses, models and assistants over the years, for sexual assault.
Something like 90% of complaints/actions are settled before going to trial.
We could also say wealth and power circumvents the legal system. Mr. Weinstein will probably never enter a courtroom, as he can buy his way out of one (as he has in the past.)
So if you are saying we cannot trust what others say until a judge weighs in first....that is somewhat naive.

I only know of the cohorsion case. Any non fake news urls about rape encounters? If he's doing "rehab" thing then he seems to think he's gonna repair his reputation. Soon will come the apology and that "I'm sorry I treated women so poorly theres no excuse for my actions but It was all consensual".
