How can Weinstein be fired from a company that he owns?

Bob and Harvey combined own only 42% of TWC. That would indicate that there is a board of directors...that's how business operates...stock holders,even for a private entity, have the say. Harvey didn't have the votes,nor the money to by out his detractors...he's out!

Even if, let's say, he did own it, he would own it with his brother/business partner. So, he wouldn't have total control.
