According to CDAN Kate Walsh of Grey's Anatomy has stated that she was fired from The Cosby Show when, as a young actress just starting out, she refused Cosby's advances.
She was cast as a friend of Denise Huxtable. Cosby was heavily involved in the shows casting decisions and requested she die her hair blond and cut it short. Afterwards he began pressuring her for sex. When she refused she was fired.
This is not good for Mr. Cosby.
