Her thoughts on the “Trachtenberg to 18” counters

She said in an 2010 interview that all the counters online keeping track of when she’d hit 18 when she was a young developing teen confused her.

She didn’t understand the point since the men (and some women) keeping track were “never gonna get a chance!” with her so what were they for.

They’re to let people know when you — and other teen actresses — turn 18 so people can start openly “admiring” you.

Guys (and some women) were also hoping you’d try to break away from being a child star by performing nude.

Though you gave it a try (possibly, because it may have been a double) in Beautiful in Ohio (2006) where you were naked face down on a beach, it was shot from a distance so we couldn’t see much, so that didn’t count.
