Is it possible that IMDB deletes old threads more aggressively than ever ?

To be still in this forum, the thread in question has to have a posting of less than 3 months before ...

They are not deleting threads AT ALL. I look back at my posting history and I can go back and look at threads from four, five, six years ago that haven't had new posts in almost that long.
