Wow, does this guy have a spine of jelly?

First, he pushed all the blame for the Jackson/Superbowl fiasco on Janet Jackson instead of being stand-up about, then, he refused a breath test when claiming he only had one martini.

Yes, even though it is your right to refuse if you only had 'one' martini, grow the balls and exhale because one martini is not going to equal a .08 BAC - that is unless it was a gallon-sized glass.

My guess is that it wasn't booze that he was worried about (he refused a chemical test, too).

Look at his mugshot - booze does not cause one's pupils to constrict like that, though I'm not certain the flash from when the mugshot was taken would not have caused that, however, I don't believe the flash did.

A little while ago, I pulled up one of those mugshot posting sites and looked through the photos very few had pinprick pupils from the flash of the camera used to take mugshots and I imagine those that did were on some sort of pupil constricting substance. And often, digital images can be clearly captured without blinding flashes. However, I can't say anything about the technology used by the processing agency - they might have older equipment.
