Very annoying and distracting. Ruth Wilson's character in The Affair also has a distracting mouth. It's Tierney is constantly mugging for the camera with her mouth.

I think I’m the case of Ruth Wilson it’s just the way her mouth is shaped, she doesn’t seem to be doing anything to exaggerate it like Tierney does. I don’t understand why directors don’t advise her to stop, it’s very distracting (infuriating)

I'm not noticing it. You know who has annoying mouth/lips? Angelina Jolie, Chris Pitt, Jerry Seinfeld (slack-jawed) and Sylvester Stallone.
