Maybe she uses it because she looks far worse now. Her teeth have become more bucked, making her top lip really protrude. She looks like a duck now. And it's not due to collagen injections...her teeth have simply shifted even further from her youth, thereby rendering them bucked, and her top lip to protrude.

She needs braces to change her bite. Her lips are SO annoying looking now.
