This often gets overlooked because they're barely mentioned in the Bible, and most Western History narratives tend to focus on Greece as the OG seafaring "civilization" who interacted with ancient Egyptians, and were the progenitors of Roman society.

You make a great point. The Arabs under Muhammad conquered most the Middle East and North Africa. And they spread the Arabic language and the Muslim religion.

But, they didn't kill all the indigenous peoples they conquered - like the Phoenicians, Egyptians, Moroccans blah blah blah. They just mixed with the locals.
