these end up straight to DVD,JMO!!!

You may very well be right. That's what happened to "The Resident" released last year. Never made the movie theater. I got the DVD thinking the movie might be pretty good. It wasn't.

Saw that on Lifetime over the weekend........story made wanna throw up!!!!

Ms. HS is a very fine actress BUT she's made LOTS of turkeys AND she hasn't exactly endeared herself to the world by "partying" [sarcasm] with that nasty Asian despot.

Yup, "The Resident" was a real piece of ****.

I suspect Hilary's career is in a cooling-off phase...she may rebound, but people thought that she was a person of (good) substance because of the way she worked herself from her humble origins BUT that "dalliance with the dictator" made her seem like yr typical all-about-the-bucks Hollywood wh*re. She was an American Sweetheart, but no more.

Not to mention too much too soon(2 Oscars by age 30,BTW!!),which can bite back if
you're not careful and I think it's already showing signs of it now that she's
pushing 40,to be honest!!

@JVI: You have a good point...besides, I can think of MANY actors whose careers went into the toilet after winning Oscars.

Or bound to be blacklisted like Katherine Heigl or Megan Fox,perhaps????
