She was in an episode of House in 2010 and looked great. Then, in 2013, when she played a supporting role in Side Effects (great film, by the way), she looked absolutely dreadful!! I suppose three years can do quite a lot of damage to a person's face...also, perhaps the super blond hair had something to do with it.

Her age caught up to her. In Clinical you really can see how her eyes sunk in a bit from 2014(Siren)
