Philip Seymour Hoffman

As Sam Rockwell ever commented about Philip Seymour Hoffman's death?

Weird question I know but I am looking for a quote.

reply

I haven't seen any quotes. He was probably very sad.

I don't recall any. I have seen PSH mentioned, though, definitely, I remember, in an interview or two, before his death. I saw it at Youtube, but couldn't even begin to find which interview.

reply

OH he mentions PSH in this interview

1 hour 31 minute mark. Just says he regrets not ever doing a film with him. Of course PSH directed him in...what was it...Behanding IN Spokane? I forget. A play.

This was taken a couple of weeks before Philip died, after one of the big awards ceremonies in LA that they all attended. They are at the Piano Bar which is pretty much a spit and sawdust place, but is pretty supportive of their regulars, so photos of celebrities and even tweets about who is there, don't often get posted. That is Sam's girl friend Leslie Bibb sitting next to the pianist Brother Sal, who is one of Jeremy's oldest friends.
