Norman you look ridiculous. It makes you look old and bug-eyed having a shag cut.

Totally agree. I'm hoping that IF they ever get round to making a Boondock 3, (the sooner the better), both him and SPF will get some decent haircuts.
Both of them looked way sexier back then.

In case no one has noticed, everyone on the show has longer hair now. It's not exactly easy to cut hair during the zombie apocalypse????

I agree that there would be a lack of 'salons' to visit but I doubt theres a shortage of scissors around. Anyone could trim a bit of hair so at least you could see.
However, I don't think he keeps it that way just for TWD, I think its his choice, WHY I've no idea as the style does him no favours what so ever.

I agree. Norman looks so much better with short hair - this long, shaggy look is for younger guys only. On older guys - it just makes them look like vagrants.

Agree. They can still find scissors or knives to cut their hair. I think it's just Norman, and he comes across as an aging man desperately trying to cling to youth. It looks ridiculous and gross.
