And his supposed N.Y. accent in 24 was HILARIOUSLY awful.

That isn't enough you have to explain why you think he is the worst actor of all time. That would be like I post the same post on Adam Sandler's imdb page message board without making an attempt to explain why I think he is the worst actor of all time.
