Just like with Wil Wheaton, putting on this big mustache and beard isn't helping to mask your young face. It's just too much. Embrace who you are and shave. ;-)

Wil Wheaton pulls it off a bit better. He doesn't let his beard get especially long, and he's in his mid-40s, so he doesn't look like a kid anymore.

Osment on the other hand looks ridiculous.

I think he grew it to hide weight gain, his double chin.

Some guys, like Leonardo DiCaprio, will always look like teenagers no matter how old they get and how much facial hair they have.
