why is he acting in *beep* movies?

I think nobody wants to hire him anymore cause growing older and fatter didn't improve his once-good looks. Too bad, cause he was a decent actor, already as a kid, and he could have gone somewhere for sure. But unfortunately, Hollywood is much more about looks than talent.

Because nobody cares about him. Ha!

I can't speak to the quality of films that he has appeared in lately, but I know that his roles as as a child actor were all very well done, even when the films themselves weren't up to par.

Do I wish he was in some more mainstream stuff? Sure. But people make their own decisions about how they want to proceed. I'm willing to bet he cares more about the doing than all the rest and probably got pretty burned out with all the fame as a kid. How many times does somebody have to come up to you and say, "I see dead people!" before you get tired of it?
