HERMAN MUNSTER? Are they on CRACK?

Ok, I've been wrong before, but I sudden;y lost hope for this reboot. I was getting excited until I heard that they cast Jerry O'Connell as Herman Munster.

I dont have anything against Jerry as a person, but fans have been SCREAMING BRAD GARRETT (Everybody Love's Raymond) as the ONLY choice for Herman Munster.

He has the build for it, the bone structure, the passion for the character and the show and is every Munster's fan choice for the role.

(Sigh)

I will still give this show a chance JUST to see if Jerry can pull it off. I sure hope he can because I have (had?) high hopes for this show.

Well Brad Garret does sound great, but I've heard for a long time that this is still going to be a drama and not a sitcom. I know people will be screaming bloody murder about it all but I'm like hey, I'll give anything a chance!

It's like a "What If?" comic. I'm fascinated to see what they do with it.
