I assume you are referring to when she plays Karen on Will & Grace .. and if you are then the answer is No thats not her real voice.

Not anything that a couple of ice picks couldn't help. Stick one in each ear and push hard. Her voice will no longer annoy you. No, wait a minute. Forget what I said. You sound dumb enough to actually try that.
