They are: 10. South Carolina, 9. Alaska, 8. Kentucky, 7. Arkansas, 6. Louisiana, 5. Alabama, 4. Iowa, 3. Oklahoma, 2. Mississippi, and the most obese state in the U.S. is West Virginia.
The redness of these states’ political leaning flashed before my eyes. This brought me to the internet to help prove my thesis.
If this weird correlation is true then California, with its dark blueness in politics, must be at the other end of the spectrum. Yes, the Golden State is number 47. My conclusion: we are fit, trim and liberal.
Education and income follows the same trend. If trying lose weight as you obviously are, vote Progressive. It might also help you with your incurable asshole problem which locates you square in West Virginia. share

shareSeriosuly....it is awesome eating healthy and exercising. You dont have to lift hard. Just regular exercise some light lifting will keep you in tip top shape.
As we get older it really isnt all that healthy to try to maintain huge bulk. Stallone has now ceased lifting heavy and has moved onto exercises using bands/pulleys..
If you can't laugh at anything other than racism, that's your problem, says more about your limited sense of humor and tendency toward bigotry than anything else. For normal people, it's possible to find humor in things other than racism.
