Scar looks awful. Should have gone with the wig or just shaved from the first signs of hair loss. Never, never cut yourself for vanity reasons.

It doesn't help that he purposefully manscapes his entire body into a bald sheen of skin and looks like a human-sized dildo either.
If you're gonna get a transplant you have to supplement the appearance by growing some side burns, a beard, anything to compliment the deception. Instead, he's completely bald all over the rest of his body.
