I don't think it was a lie, more just a case of:

It's like asking how many piano lessons someone had aftera few years, they'll just throw out a number.

Either that or he was including stuff where he appears as himself like documentaries and what not.

Good on Vinny. He has to make so many films just to make a living out of it. He has a house in the Hollywood hills which is expensive to run. It's definitely quantity over quality but who cares when he must be having a blast. I would be.
