KATIE HOLMES 'FLOURISHING' SINCE TOM CRUISE DIVORCE

Pals close to the actress say she is embracing flying solo and feels becoming the ex-Mrs Tom Cruise was the best decision she has ever made.

The actress is getting her career back on track with two major projects.

One is a film about a single mother which she is also producing. Another is a return to Broadway in Theresa Rebeck's Dead Accounts.

Katie has also been revelling in wearing high heels again and looked stunning as she unveiled her new fashion range at New York Fashion Week.

There are also rumours of a Dawsons Creek reunion with former co-stars Josuha Jackson and James Van Der Beek.

A source said: "Katie is just flourishing in her new life.

"Yes, there have been some dark moments but Katie was more than ready to embark on the next phase of her life post Tom Cruise.

"Katie felt that her professional career suffered because she was married to Tom and that she didn't have the final say in her acting roles."

Tom and Katie's divorce was finalised in August just six weeks after their split in June,

I doubt we'll get one from her or Nicole. They probably had to sign a pre-nup with that specification in it. I'd be scared for their children if they broke "the rules." That damn cult is really dangerous.

Surely you agree that there are instances where divorce is the only way to go? Is it best for the children if you stay in a physical or emotionally abusive relationship?

BRAVO Katie!!! Now that she's shed the zombie life she can get back to looking gorgeous, getting her freak on with an actual hetero guy, making decent movies and flourishing on Broadway, not to mention raising her daughter in a safe, normal environment that includes her extended family

Its a bowl of bullsh!t with chip scraps
