Wasn't He on N.C.I.S. Last Night? 5/7/13

I'm pretty sure it was him, but it doesn't show an N.C.I.S. credit under his name on IMDb (that I can find). I think part 2 is next week and he'll probably be on again - or maybe it was just someone who looks like Colin Hanks.

It was definitely Colin. Don't know why it's not listed in film credits.
