So is he over now?

He is not getting much work after Entourage. It has been about 18 months since they wrapped filming and he only did one movie.

LOL like anyone who could get jobs in Hollywood would wait around making no money having no career for 2 years to make a movie that may not be made for who knows how long. Everyone else on Entourage is booking gigs even Turtle in a pretty big Peter Berg movie with Mark Wahlberg. More likely he just can't get a job. He is by far the worst actor on Entourage.

Haven't you learned anything from entourage, there is lots of money and action going on behind the camera, even just wise investments with greedy bankers and brokers.

He is in his 30's, if he doesn't want to retire, he will work until he is in his 60's. so what is 2 years off camera?

Also you must remember, his personal life may not allow him to take on certain roles filming schedules and locations and such. Maybe he just wants more time with his people, chillin and such.

Exactly. If he's serious about having a career, going on an 2-year break was the last thing he should have been doing post-Entourage. You strike while the iron is hot - that's basic Hollywood 101. I'd lean more toward him not being able to find solid work because though he's very attractive, he doesn't have the acting chops to prove himself as more than "that guy from Entourage".

I think he's a great actor and also extremely attractive. That being said, his ethnic and diverse look poses both an opportunity and challenge for casting directors. Because this guy can play a Hispanic, Middle Eastern, Italian, Greek, Russian, Indian, or Native American, many directors are better off finding actors from those actual backgrounds compared to Adrian "I am an alien" Grenier at least to avoid the issues when he can't convincingly do a stereotypically offensive ethnic accent and to circumvent the backlash from ethnic communities about more diverse looking Jewish actors stealing roles from their respective races. His look is simply too ambiguous. Maybe it's not too late to switch careers and go to Brazil and become a fashion model

I dont see him as someone who is super preoccupied with stardom. He seems content focusing on personal projects which are important to him, and I think thats fine.
