Said in an interview she had a rare medical condition as a young teen called gigantomastia, which causes excessive breast growth.

She had surgery to reduce them because it was hurting her back.

I have the male version - gigantotestia. One advantage is that when my legs get tired, I can bounce around on them like a hopper ball.
