Compare Jamie's comments to John Wayne's

For the past several months this (and all other Jamie Foxx related boards) have been flooded with Fox News heightened outrage over a simple throw away line Foxx made on a sketch comedy show about a fictional character killing white people.

Yet, these same conservatives refuse to label John Wayne a racist for this famous quote: "I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility."

How is it that a group of people can celebrate a man for believing in supremacy while despising another for joking about the actions of a fictional character?

Can anyone actually justify this double standard?

Anyone that honestly thinks someone like Foxx would've said a white president were his "Lord and savior" is kidding themselves.

He's definitely racist and makes statements promoting a feeling of black superiority.

You're obviously unfamiliar with the way Bill Clinton is loved by seemingly racist black people.

I'm unfamiliar with such quotes coming from Hollywood or anywhere else during his presidency, could you point some out?
