My Open Letter to Penelope and all Her Ilk

Dear Sweat Innocent Penelope,

The next time you decide to give a thought with so much effort as to sign onto a public letter about it then please look up the word genocide.

If you really wanted to stop the hatred, the massacres, and the conflict in Gaza then how about not calling a whole state murderers? How about acknowledging ones from Gaza celebrating the brutal murders of Jews? Ask why is it you don't see the same celebration from the Jewish nation of people when they retaliate in kind? Ask yourself what action you'd want from your country if your humble Los Angeles home was struck by rocket launched out of Tijuana Mexico? Ask yourself who initiated this current conflict?

Ask yourself hasn't Israel not given back land in exchange for peace? Ever heard of a place called Sinai, or about the forced eviction of it's own people from the Gaza Strip? In case you forgot or most likely never read while you were living it up in multi-million dollar homes and private beaches; Israel has given land back to Palestine in hopes of an end to conflict. So what happened in return Penelope? Let's look at recent history there; Palestinian people democratically elected Hamas to govern them. How has Palestine benefited from this choice? Are they socially better off from it? Seems to me much of the funds generated for Palestinians have gone to weapons and a network of tunnels going back into the heart of Israel. Then citizens of Israel are kidnapped and brutally killed. Penelope, do you call these acts signs of a desire for peace from the Palestinians?

Finally, just what efforts does Hamas take in protecting it's own people? Are weapons stored in schools and peoples homes an indication of any effort from Hamas in protecting it's own people from a conflict it initiated?
How is reported news like below ignored about the dangers of Hamas upon their own people...
"Tuesday's discovery of rockets hidden in a vacant U.N. facility is the sort of evidence that Israel cites when it accuses Hamas of using civilians and their institutions as shields in the ongoing Gaza conflict.
The rockets were found in a vacant school between two other U.N. schools being used as shelters for 3,000 displaced Palestinians, the United Nations said. It was the second such discovery at a vacant U.N. school in Gaza in a week."

Hamas want's an end to Israel and has communicated that over and over again. They put most of their efforts in stockpiling weapons and building tunnels to invade and kill any Israel they can find. Look up the word you signed on and supported in that open letter Penelope and tell us all again which side really seeks genocide?

The intentions of Hamas are irrelevant. They have no power to harm a military powerhouse like Israel. They just spout empty rhetoric. Israel uses their ridiculous ramblings as an excuse to inflict immense suffering on people with no way to defend themselves. Today Israel attacked another UN school. Even the US government is sick of Israel now.

reply

Appears to me you know little or nothing about the threats that groups like Hamas pose. If they can build a network of underground tunnels and fire rockets far enough to reach the center of Israel then that is plenty enough relevant for any state that it launches those attacks upon. If you knew anything about military warfare then you'd know you don't need to face your enemy with equal might; you just need to destroy their will. Was Vietnam an equal power to the US?

The fact you don't even acknowledge the threat, the deaths, or the shear terror that does to a citizen is a display of your own Anti-Semitism. Try being in Israel when you are rushed to a bomb shelter and then explain to me how irrelevant the intent of Hamas really is.

reply

Hamas has had these tunnels for years. So why haven't they been using them to inflict endless "terror attacks" on Israel? Face it, Hamas poses as big a threat to Israel as Luxembourg poses to the US.

reply

Their rockets are so primitive they barely merit the description of "weapons". The amount of damage they've done is almost negligible. Hamas is nothing more than a bunch of inept wannabe freedom fighters. They're a joke.

The IDF on the other hand is happily blowing up hospitals, schools and UN shelters.

reply

Any proper army would send in troops to flush Hamas out from the hospitals and schools but the boy soldiers of the IDF aren't up to it so they just blow everything up from the air instead. Oh yes of course, they drop a leaflet first. "Dear Palestinians, we're about to destroy your hospitals, please leave." Yeah, they're all heart.

Nearly half a million Palestinians have now been "displaced", rendered homeless, because of Israel. Oh, and Israel "accidentally" blew up their sole power station.

Now you're just making too much sense.

Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there.
