I will have to watch the Dark Knight flicks again. I didn't remember this guy as the mayor. My first awareness of Nestor is from watching the pilot of Bates Motel and my reaction was that he had a distracting resemblance to Anthony Perkins.

shareMy thoughts exactly! His Sheriff character has the same look and mannerisms as Perkins; I came here to find out if he was perhaps a nephew or something, or if they just cast him (brilliantly!) because of the resemblance. Crazy.
shareYES! The instant I saw this guy on Bates Motel I thought Dang, what an homage to Perkins the show is making, casting this lookalike on the show! It's eerie, almost.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that!! I've just started watching "Bates Motel" & I keep thinking he's got to be some kin to Tony...it's uncanny the resemblance!
I couldn't agree more! Initially I thought he was Anthony Perkins but I then realised a) he would have to be in his 80s and b) Anthony Perkins died! Spooky
