Friends episode?

It says on his Wikipedia page that he guest starred in friends, but I can't find anywhere which episode it was and I don't remember ever seeing him in it, is this a mistake or does anyone know the episode?

I'm currently on season 5 of friends on Netflix and I haven't seen him yet and it's not listed under his filmography here on imdb

I'm guessing whoever posted that bit of info mixed him up with Hank Azaria who played Phoebe's boyfriend in an earlier season (the one who went to Minsk with his colleague).
