Whatever happened to her?

Fell of the face of the earth after 7th Heaven was cancelled.

No she didn't, at least right away. As you can see she has been in lots of movies. Problem is, she's a mediocre actress and after so many bombs her star dimmed significantly.

Unfortunately she found herself typecast in the role of 'the hot chick' and any films where she went against type - The Illusionist, Hitchcock - didn't make as much headway. She has said that it's hard for her to get roles because she's seen as too pretty. And unfortunately she's not as gifted as the likes of Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley and other actresses of her generation to get people to take notice. She's also had some unlucky flops, especially Accidental Love, which many expected would get her some recognition.

I know this is very stupid, but, maybe, just maybe, she's doing exactly what she wants to be doing? I know that's inconceivable,,,but just maybe???

I'm gonna go with the obvious. She married stupid rich Justin Timberlake. She never needs to work again.

She's pushing 35 and nobody cares about his acting.

No, she disappeared after marrying and breeding with Justin Timbercake.

He's criminally rich and from the last I read she's busy being a soccer mom.

As for her acting, she really didn't have any range outside of the girl next door with a great ass. Even in some exotic roles where she played a European countess she still comes across as a wholesome American girl from the midwest.

For my money she would have done well in a TV show like big Bang theory or How I met your Mother but she apparently only wanted A-list level acting roles.

I'd say she's probably more focused on her family than acting. It helps to be married to an incredibly wealthy entertainer, though. Timberlake is probably doing real well for himself.

The Hollywood machine chewed her up and spat her back out.
