I know the ex-Gator is a religious lad by reputation. Seem to recall Camilla may have attended a Catholic high school. And being old-school Brazilian on her mom's side she may be markedly more religious than the average gal in Hollywood. Something in common perhaps.

He's apparently southern baptist. Many (probably a large majority but I don't have any numbers to back that up) in the SBC believe that catholics are not christians. That tends to really piss off the catholics. It is almost on the level of accusing israelis of acting like nazis for how they they handle palestine. I'm all for inter-denominational relationships but he would have problems reconciling his public image as an evangelical with dating a non-christian.
