His first role was in Laputa: Castle in the Sky
This was back in 1986, I was entranced by the second half of this Miyazaki anime when it was shown on British TV (very rare indeed) but I don't remember the original English dub voices. But he was one of them.
Funnily enough, I thought they'd kept his character's dub for the Buena Vista / Disney dub around 20 years ago, but I may be wrong.
