Took me a second to remember who John Carr is, since he's normally referred to as Oliver Stone in the books, but definitely. Based on his performance in Avatar alone, he's great at playing a natural leader, and I think he'd be very believable as a trained assassin. He's definitely got the physique for it and already seems to have received some type of weapons training for Avatar.

That would be interesting. I'm surprised a studio hasn't adapted at least one of Baldacci's books yet.

Stephen Lang was awesome in Terra Nova. Great leadership, great physique, you name it. :-D

There's a new TV series based on one of Baldacci's other series of books, it just finished its first season. I need to watch it.

I think the 'Oliver Stone' series would be great as a series of movies, because of the quirky, down-to-earth main characters. Get someone like Josh Whedon to write the scripts.
